The room wasnice and neat with A/C. The staff was helpful and friendly, even during a busy dinner service. The free parking and quiet neighborhood were a big plus. Highly recommend 😊

All in all everything was first-class, had a really nice stay for a business trip. The breakfast offered a wide range of outstanding meals. I ate at a magnificent restaurant for a dinner. The location was good and beds were nice.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

Lovely views in a great and peaceful location to the center of Vienna. Based close to the airport on time as well as the hotel's restaurant.

Wonderful small hotel with a BRIGHT restaurant in Schwechat. Courtesy from the whole staff. Nice building and rooms with access to the sport center. Convenient base for exploring Schwechat.

Not too far from the airport and at the same time in countryside.Nice dinning area. Friendly staff.

Bed is small and should be 140 cm like all international hotels offers for single use. Room and bathroom is also limited in space.

The room had a comfortable sofa, tv, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Loved the fitness center and sauna for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious and the really helpful staff made everything easy. Free parking was a bonus.

Proximity to the airport. Rooms are spacious, clean. Hotel restaurant provides good selection of various dishes.

Lack of airconditioning in a 4 star hotel is a serious drawback in a hot summer. It was extremely hot making it almost possible to stay there earlier than very late in the evening. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay in summer.

The location of the hotel is good ( as long as you have a car ) as it is close to the highway and the airport. Reception staff was very friendly.I stayed in an apartment with 1 bedroom, very spacious, big bathroom, separate toilet.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom ( no soap, no shower gel, absolutely nothing ), and no hair dryer which is pretty unusual for a 4 star hotel nowadays. No minibar just an empty fridge. The hotel consists of several buildings about 250m from each other so it is better to be by car upon arrival and check-out or keep the taxi waiting for you especially when raining. I stayed there 3 nights and no cleaning was done during that period, or at least no changing of towels for sure.

The highlight was the staff's really good service. Marcus were really good too ensure my comfort when I had a hiccup with my travel plans. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, a true treat to start the day.

Slight noise from the road.

The hotel claims to have a shuttle, but surprise! You have to pay 15 euros for it, outrageous. No shower cap in the bathroom? Really poor! Plus, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for enduring such inconveniences, but my requests fell on deaf ears. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The hotel decoration looks nice. This hotel is not far away from Vienna airport. So, if you have your own car & gps. This hotel is good location for traveler.

The employee at this hotel did not speak good English & their attitude are not friendly enough. Breakfast cost too much.
